Post Workout Snack

Today I want to share with you my favorite post workout snack.  This smoothie is getting me through my tough workouts lately- I swim/bike/run faster so I can get home and eat it!  :)  It tastes great (because it has chocolate!), is easy to make, and is a healthy refresher after a workout (only about 230 calories).

Dark Chocolate Banana Smoothie
1/2 cup Silk PureAlmond Dark Chocolate Milk
1/2 cup Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 Banana, cut into bite size pieces
1/4 cup Crushed Ice (optional-I like to use this because it makes the smoothie really cold)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!
